even accurate stats without proper context are useless. yes crime and violent crime in particular is higher in poor black and hispanic neighborhoods, but saying that with out proper analysis of all the conditions that have led to these disparities means nothing. as i said, it's like comparing crime in colombia to crime in sweden without considering the difference in circumstances.

ok crime is higher, now ask why. is it because black people are simply uniquely dysfunctional or are there other circumstances to consider?

also it's worth noting that stabilizing urban areas is one of the biggest security and governance challenges facing humanity.

nope the ppl at the bottom are not the root of the problem, and anyone saying they are is a damn liar.

the problem with a lot of dudes on here, however is that they can't stand to take any responsibility.

I'd say the overwhelming majority of the problems are outside forces causing the situation that alot of poor ppl are in now. probably like 80% or more.

and alot of those things are things that are very difficult for any individual to change, or outright unable to change.

but that doesn't absolve those that choose to commit crimes.
