copaganda talking about the "bad" b bill but doesn't specify why he considers it bad or why the bill was proposed in the first place. why aren't the cops targeting pimps? the solution is to regulate it and move them off the streets. other countries have figured out how to reduce violence associated with prostitution but America always has to half-ass its policies.

Prostitution will never FULLY move off the streets...
