GOD
Max B gave us the wave, But lil b rode that wave to give us the style we are running with now.

Max B-D.I.Y song/video/mixtape bombardment

Lil B-Rode max's wave, but added the style and mulitiple unlocked flows that birthed everyone from chief keef, to young thug

Jigga is god-level at this point, that's the dude everyone wants to reach in terms of lifestyle, money and respect.

But as far as music goes, perhaps not. He's a traditional spit ill bars, and kill everything type of rapper. If the young knuckleheads don't appreciate rhyme skills, why would they want to be Jigga?

Also the modern rapper has to be able to sing/rap melodically or whatever, rhyme schemes and complex flows takes a backseat to that.

However, you still see everyone from Drake to Future to Kendrick to Vince and Chance dikkriding him at least once a month.
