Right at the tail end of the best time to visit. We only get what feels like two months of summer up here in Washington and it's objectively the most beautiful time of the year but the temperature is great imo from late August - Halloween. After that, it's all clouds and drizzle.

The PNW is great if you can handle the frequent overcast days and have yourself together financially. You just have to come with the understanding that the quality of black women is nowhere near what you'll get in other regions.
