Looking at the dimensions on the new phones it looks like the IPhone 12 and 12 pro will be smaller than the current iPhone XR and 11.

once phone companies stopped subsidizing phones with contracts, I began buying all my phones outright. which means I can switch carriers whenever I want. that's why I'm only paying $25/month (taxes included) for unlimited everything right now.
