I hope this is notcause there's nothing to joke about it.
1. exercise
2. eat healthy
3. find spiritual health
just do those three things and you WILL feel better...doing those 3 things can do absolute magic, has been shown to cure serious issues like schizophrenia even.
it might not take care of your depression completely but it will without question help you...it has pretty much been proven to
if all else fails a mental hospital. me personally I think smoking weeds solves all problems until u run out if weed.Just any hospital?

If this is real please seek help. From medical professionals. You need to know that there is always something to live for whether you realize it or not. I am not qualified to help you so the best advice is to talk to someone who can.

Well I started drinking about 10 minutes ago just to shut the nagging feelings up for a while. I don't have a plug. Can't smoke anyways...I have obligations that disallow me to do such a thing.
Go to therapy. I got sent to a place to help with my depression. Therapy does work, but sometimes you just got to learn how to fight the fight by yourself. I'm still depressed to this day, but I avoid things that trigger me off. If you can avoid these triggers you'll be good to go, breh. Life fukking sucks, but think of the lives you are ruining if you take your life away.
