I already said I don't play current games except NBA2K when I see my brother. I admitted I'm a novice to all the video games and systems presently

but like I said I will let yall know how it plays

but I'm going to get a Switch either way in the future

but I'm not on yall level as far as technical terms and what hand helds are the best

when I hear "steam deck" and "emulators" it sounds foreign to me, lmao

but we are on TheColi to learn stuff, that's why I consulted the Arcadium experts

I’m contemplating getting a r36s from Walmart but these reviews looking shaky :stopitslime:

Any of y’all actually got it from ali express, if so was it legit? :jbhmm:

Or where else y’all get it? :jbhmm:

Gameslab got a 5 year warranty for $9, got me thinking bout copping :ehh:

Could get 2 of the game gear shaped hand helds, shipping protection and 5 year warranty for $130 :ehh:

Also Retroid Pocket 6 is $210 :ehh:

Im contemplating all the above :ehh:

I've gotten my handhelds from AE. Personally, that's where I would get the future ones from unless it's a bigger brand (ex. Retroid).

As an entry, I'd just get the TrimUI Smart Pro and see if you would enjoy the concept first, then you can approximate your preferred form factor.

Does that come with thousands of preloaded games or is it something you emulate on and it allows you to add games that way? Or both? :jbhmm:

You can do both, I presume.

I had an SD Card with the tousands-o-games and I really just ended up playing a few. To each their own, though. :yeshrug:

Retroid Pocket 6 is $210, since I mainly wanted a handheld for emulation I was thinking bout copping this :ehh:

But Steam Deck (LCD 256gb) is on sale for $320 till Monday :jbhmm:

Should I just say fuuck it and drop the extra bread for the SD? :jbhmm:

Also the Lenovo Legion Go is $450 and the higher version is $650. They were $650 and $900 (respectively) prior to the sale. Which do yall think is best? :jbhmm:

what do yall think of this?

or this

I got the purple hand held not too long ago

in general I fukk with it, the only thing that annoys me is it's hard to throw Hadukens in Street Fighter 2, but other than that I'm satisfied.

I mainly been playing the first Donkey Kong Country and the first Mario Bros, but I'm going to play the other games on it too

and I'm still eventually going to get a Nintendo Switch
