That's not at all interesting because nobody has said that a gun wasn't fired. The real interesting thing is that for months all we heard is that Tory shot Meg and then when the case started the very first thing we found out is that the other girl had enough gun residue on her hand for her to possibly be the shooter and that Tory only had enough gun residue on his hand for it to come back as "inconclusive" if he fired the gun or not.
The whole reason why this is even a case at all is cause the police can't prove that Tory even shot the gun

In the interview she basically accused Tori of obstruction of justice/ witness tampering. Either he did that or he didn't. If Kelsey says that Tori didn't contact her then that's the first lie that will bury Meg's creditability.
We don't know what Meg lied about yet (instead of saying she stepped on glass) but according to her changing story Tori arrives to Kylie's party gets kicked out for some reason (because she never dated Tori) she got in the car with Tori, for some unknown reason Kelsey and Tori argued so she decided to leave the car (and I guess walk to her Airbnb) then was told to Dance bytch! Shot at she crawled to a driveway (new detail apperently no blood trail) Then decided to get back into a car where a nikka just shot at her (for no reason) He was (her story) Arguing with Kelsey at no time did Kelsey seem to feel in danger.

I never said she wasn't lying about the details of the case, the problem is yall take the inconsistencies from her stories and jump to the conclusion that Megan is just crazy and nothing happened. Someone fired multiple shots that night, meg was injured during the altercation, these are the facts of the case. If yall wanna discuss the events that lead to it or the identity of the person with the gun then that's fine, but yall acting like the shyt didn't even happen.

My dude cases are won and lost based on inconsistences of the story. Frankly whatever happened Meg wasn't badly hurt her career is on fire and everyone has moved on so normally a case like this would be thrown out.
I was accused of rape there were two witnesses (one being the accuser) again I could've done it I admiited to sexual contact with the accuser but the case was thrown out Because the witnesses couldn't be found/ refused to testify
If Tori is to be convicted it would literally be because the Judge and Jury decided to #Believe a Black Woman not even all Black Women because Kelsey is a Black woman and her former "best friend" just accused her of taking a bribe from Tori.
