Most young QBs who start, do so for bad teams.
This doesn't erase the very real concerns about him. Naming QBs who struggled early but also had physical talent far greater than his isn't a good comparison
Gino was an organizational failure. He’s a prime example of how organizations mean as much to qb development as the qb himself. How are you this stupid that you think people are just naming off QBs?

The Texans were a bad shytty team too but they took steps to improve the organization by hiring a good coach and it’s helped to improve the organization. Carolina should try and do something similar rather than wasting young’s formative years like many other QBs have had happen to them. Lawrence and Tua are a couple of examples of that recently
