Ain’t nothing like bike riding. I used to do a paved trail near my house when I lived in Atlanta

You won’t get as much of a “pump” or calorie burn as running or strength training. But it’s peaceful as hell and relaxing. I rode alone majority of the time

My longest ride was 20 miles

That depends on the trail. My boy took me on a 3.5 mi mountain bike trail :stopitslime:

Im used to longer trails and tracks. The hills and inclines are insane. You can get a good pump from.climbing and sprinting. I can get an easy 900-1400 calorie burn in a single session.

My daily ride when i was young and lived next to a trail was 15 miles out and 15 miles back. Life was good then.

Yep. I wanted to go from one of the trailheads all the way to Alabama (one way) but never got the chance to
Man with the beltline extending and the silver comet, Atlanta is becoming a wonderful outdoor city
