Feeling a lil emotional halfway through the OJ Simpson Made in America episode 2. I cant believe the Chinese lady got probation.

Anyways, I always felt the solution to police brutality, and the racial tension involved, is for Blacks to comprise the bulk of the police force in their communities. Thats how it works, the members of the community police themselves.

But we know why it doesnt work like that with the Black community. The culture discourages it very strongly. And THATS WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE.

at trying to end racism overnight, especially with unusual and counter-productive tactics like Black Lives Matter or whining about racism all the time

Theres enough non-racist Whites to curtail the racist ones, and give us a ample opportunity to succeed. Look at the Chinese and Indians

The problem with that is one has to practically be without sin on paper (charges and convictions) to become an officer. Blacks are more likely to get a silly charge, take a plea, and have it on their record. Anglos get breaks and sympathy about their futures. So, the prospect of becoming an officer is gone. Also, now in Miami-Dade at least, one has to pay for the police academy out of pocket or get sponsored by a PD. That's $6k for 6 months full-time. I'm not sure if they get paid a stipend while in the academy but I doubt very much.

we actually could if we came up with organizations, simply neighborhood organizations designed to prevent crime and raise community awareness. it's just, who's gonna hold the meetings week in and week out? it's not something you can be casually concerned about

nothing is solved without violence. You want to police your communities, you have to remove the current police, then remove the gang leaders.

Until then, you can't community organize shyt.

The Jews can have their own police because the jews own the state offices that do jurisdictions. Anywhere else in America, that shyt would be illegal.
