it was a different ball game back in the early 2000's tho brehs.. they wouldnt co-exist like james and wade because how how the style has play has shifted. it'd be just two beastly nikkas chuckin.

Wait all I read on here is all that matters is to be the man right?.......but when t-Mac and Howard did not want to be under some one else its a issue? I just don't get it remember these guys grew up hearing you have to be like mike have your own team and shoot all the shots and get all the glory never mind about having a 2nd co-star....even if Jordan had one.....and yeah t-Mac needed to stay but it's to late now

I don't blame T-Mac for leaving. The Vinsanity marketing was insane. There were NO t-Mac posters around town and Vince was everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. You're in a contract year and that's how they're doing you? Orlando was his hometown (also was a warm place during the season), the magic were selling him on the idea of a tandom, a healthy Grant Hill was a better player than Vince (basketball people knew this) ... He made the right move ... but like a poster said, Grant Hill's injury robbed us.

The part i don't get is be left to be the man but he wasn't better than grant hill at that time. Hell, u could argue that Vince wasn't better than Hill at that moment. If Hill comes in beating like he did for Detroit would it have been any different than him playing alongside Vince. Vince wasn't a selfish player. Mo peterson and nigguh's like Alvin Williams, Keon Clark all got shine playin with Vince. I don't imagine Hill came to be anybody sidekick. Hill was an establish star in his own right.

Like it was written in King James' blueprint...one of its principle outline:
-being the man means nothing, when you are losing:ohhh:

God Bless King James and his disciples :blessed:
