Im 6'4 hovering arounf 6'5. What'd I gove to be 6ft to have it easier to gain muscle.

Takes me 3x more work in the gym to just build my arm muscle

You're doing something wrong or got a genetically raw deal.

I'm 6'5 and I thougt I was a "hard gainer" in my early 20's. As soon as I switched up my diet, started doing compound excersises and more cardio muscle came very easy to me.

Pullups and dips and less of isolating bicep curls.
HIIT excersises for more Testosterone.
Less alcohol.

Worst thing about being this tall is if you have your stuff together, a lot of girls don't take you as a relationship dude. You gotta plow through a lot of extra walls in order to get beyond the surface with some of the more legit women you run across.

So yea, having fun is a bit easier, especially if you a cool, chil, and playful dude. All you do is talk a little bit and you can be super playful (lead them everywhere, mock dance with them, pick them up, press them, all that dope shyt) with women because they feel safe/protected and just generally like being around tall dudes who are on point.

Trying to have that deeper connection is a bit elusive though man.
