When I had my volunteer job I was that dude. 
I don't blame these dudes for coming to their job with the chopper and turning people into Swiss cheese.
The Asian dude who lit up VT is a real nikka
A lot of the "normal" people aren't as innocent as they make themselves out to be in these situations. They be saying slick shyt to these people, people be acting like the normal folks be letting them be and these dudes come to their job and just start shooting people for no reason.
In the black and Asian community some of these parents try to force these troubled kids into getting a job when in reality these people are not about that work life and should just collect SSI.
I honestly believe that was the case with the dude who shot up VT, its hard to succeed in this world without a good mouthpiece, he probably was very book smart but his social skills was
He knew that once he graduated College he wouldn't be able to find a job because of his disability was too much to overcome and no job was gonna give him a chance. He stuttered when he talked at times so if he did that during a interview you can just forget about getting that job. So he probably was like
and went out with a bang before killing himself.
If his fam would have tried to get him on SSI he probably would still be alive today or even if he did kill himself, it probably would have been much lowkey like hang himself or something.

Years ago I worked with a dude that was a cool ass pro black type brother.. I used to sell weed to him and we would always kick it and joke all the cacs at our job...He was real regular and seemed completely well adjusted and normal.. He was even fukkin one of the new hoes at the job and had her driving him to work everyday..When I say this was one of the coolest funniest nikkas ever I'm not exagerrating...
After my daughter was born I took off work for like a week and came back one day to show pics and hand out cigars...I ran into him in the parking lot, smiled looked him dead in the eye and was telling him how excited I was about my daughter...He had this look in his eye like he couldnt give two shyts...He had kids himself and we had always talked about it so I thought it was strange..He just took the cigars and was like "yeah man thats cool whatever" then he asked me if I knew where he could find a gun... He said some nikka was fukkin with him and he needed protection asap..
I told him I had a burner at home but it was registered in my name so I couldnt let him hold it.. But I would take him to the registered dealer that I got it from and he'd have to wait 30 days to get one.. He said he couldn't wait and basically walked off frustrated..
3 days later I came home from taking my mother-n-law to the store (she was still in town because to help my fiance with my daughter) and one of my homeboys walked up to me and told me my boy had killed himself..And killed his wife in the parking lot of our job... (I didnt even know he was married and we were cool).. That nikka shot her in the head then shot himself in the throat right at the job in her car.. I was fukked up for awhile because I thought we were cool and he was ready and willing to take my burner to kill someone knowing I had just brought I child into the world...

Bottom line.. You never know who you're working with everyday even if you "know" them...
