I would have never predicted Steph Curry becoming this good

I don't see how anyone could have saw this leap. Even last year (during the regular season) you had to squint and imagine he could average about 28ppg if he played in more 4th quarters. Then, it wasn't a stretch to say he can dominate a playoff series if he got hot. Last year he was clearly a top 5 player. He had an all-time great advanced stats season from a point guard even though many people were waiting for the other shoe to drop (and still are hoping this happens).

But this year....even a bad game from him is like 9/22 shooting or some shyt. And he still will have a quarter or half where he gets hot.:francis:

He has been unreal..every night... at home, on the road, back to backs, against good teams, etc. And he still has already sat out like 6 4th quarters already. :wow:

The man is a walking game breaker with the perfect team around him.

The Warriors got like 3 other dudes who can initiate the offense and bring the ball up the court while Curry plays off-ball. And if you play him too tight, he'll just draw you in on the quick catch and trick you into a 3 point foul.

Teams have tried all the stuff people say you have to do to stop Curry but his skill set is amazingly adaptable, it actually might be one of the most adaptable skill sets we've seen because he's ungodly elite as a decoy and as the main option because his efficiency is so stupid.

Curry isn't really bothered by physical play. He's extremely tough and, like CP3, he's mastered all the little a$$hole moves like the push offs, hip checks, etc to be just as dirty as he needs to be to create space.

I don't think people realize that Curry is putting up an efficiency and volume that is Jordan-esque.
Push offs and hip checks? :camby: we must not be watching the same dude.

This nikka came out of nowhere, literally :dahell:

He wasn't even in the conversation a few years ago. Lebron and Kobe were obviously the big dudes in the league. But in terms of younger cats, people were more concerned with Westbrook, Rose, Durant, Harden, maybe Khawi, Wall and Paul George. I don't remember anybody even talking about this nikka like that. Especially not to the extent they were focusing on cats like Westbrook and Durant. Curry came out of nowhere and snatched the crown from EVERYBODY.

That's what I love the most. We always think we have everything figured out with basketball. I think it was just a matter of him staying healthy most of all.

i knew it was gonna be a wrap when i seen a clip of mark jackson in practice like holding like a 2 foot long piece of stick over him while he shot... i knew no one was gon be able to block him if they kept doing that... so the hand in the face doesnt even stop him any more cause he's problably taken thousands upon thousands of shots in practice.. shooting over that stick

You telling me he's having a better season than when Jordan averaged over 37 a game on damn near 50% shooting?

After that 2012 season I thought Steph was gonna be doomed to be one of those guys plagued with injury issues and a "what-if" at best. Those ankle bracelets or whatever really did the trick.

:mindblown:

You and the dudes dapping you should just let it go...

You CONTINUE to USE HORRIBLE EXAMPLES in REFERENCE.

AI has shot a HORRIBLE FG% throughout his career in comparison to Durant
, So even though he may have had a season where he averaged more points than durant He did so EXTREMELY inefficiently in comparison.

While Curry is shooting more efficient than Jordan did, JORDAN STILL SHOT AN AMAZING PERCENTAGE FOR AS MANY SHOTS HE TOOK AND POINTS HE SCORED.

So The argument you are using holds no water in my opinion SINCE I WOULD TAKE THE PLAYER THAT SCORES MORE EVERY TIME AS LONG AS THEY STILL SHOT A GOOD FG%, AND JORDANS IS MORE THAN GOOD.

What i'm saying is not that hard to understand your just acting like a hoe with your stat geek BS which I have already said doesn't matter to me.

Now stop quoting me with that dumb shyt.
Are u even taking into account that one is averaging like 34 min a game? It's cool u would take Jordan and all cuz he scores more but one of these dudes isnt even playing as much and only averaging 5 less points on better percentage with 7 less attempts. Ur blind MJ stannery is astounding

Norfeast groovin…
That's why I give Steph major props. I don't think anyone would've expected him to replicate the things he was doing back at Davidson. Kobe, LeBron, KD, Russ, etc were all slated to be great to HOF level talents and Steph came outta nowhere and put himself in the conversation. Can't do nothing but respect shyt like that. :ehh:

in what world is even a .468 FG percentage pedestrian for a guard :what:

I knew that would get me quoted

Its okay, I guess. I was just laughing because i legit thought that was his fg% and was like :ehh: then realized it was the three ball and hit the :wow:
