Lebron would not have taken this team or franchise to the playoffs with this amount of dysfucntion and bad coaching. The talent level has only been "decent" (if you want to call it that) for 2 years. They have no bench, 1 competent wing player in Rudy Gay, and a point guard who can't shoot. In the western conference. Cousins has improved his game every season while the front office has gotten worse.
What coach has he ran off? The only coach that was worth a damn was fired by the front office for no reason. The rest were run of the mill, lifetime NBA losers or assistants. If the Kings bowed to cousins every want, Malone would still be there.

This is the same franchise who has drafted retards consistently. Fired coaches for no reason. Also hired Vlade as a GM. Vlade is a cool guy. But I read reports that he doesn't even understand salary cap, and that is your GM. And then you have the owner, who is too busy being a celebrity and wants to bring his team into that mess.
It is best for both of these parties to separate. There is a reason why Kings were trash before Cousins and will be trash after, the FO is terrible along with the ownership. You can't fix an immature guy with an environment like that, how is a guy supposed to improve with people around him who act like dumbasses?
