That's at the peak of his potential though and if he becomes a great decision maker. I think he's probably top 10 overall. He's playing very good but he benefits playing with KD by a large margin. KD is such an offensive threat that he typically gets the best defender of the team and he tends to draw the most focus from defensive game plans.

Simply put, Westbrook typically lights up the weaker of the perimeter defenders on the squad he's going against because he plays with Durant.

It's like the Monta Ellis / Dirk combo.

I disagree,Westbrook is the exact same player Rose is,with that being said Westbrook could still put up great numbers without KD yes he benefits from playing with KD,but not as much people think,Russ is a freak of nature at his position and is a mismatch for any PG in the league.

I had Russ Top 10 player overall and #2 Pg beginning of this season

Right now I have Russ Top 5 player and #1 Pg

And I believe his peak could be #3 player overall only behind Lebron and KD and #1 Pg

Rose was a better decision maker, passer, and has better body control. He was also a better ball-handler.

Westbrook is more explosive, stronger, and tougher mentally.

They're similar players but Rose was simply a better game manager than Westbrook is which goes a long way. Westbrook's constant pace pushing is good for OKC because their offense is pretty damn stagnant but Russ Is very one-track minded and he's not a very adaptable so the crappy offense is a lot more noticeable.

Durant's presence hides a lot of Westbrook's bad decisions but if he had full control of the offense, they'd be magnified. It's not all his fault, he has Durant on his team and a bad coach.

You have to seriously consider throwing anthony davis on your list. He's already as valuable as Westbrook and he's only going up.
