Ok he one of those. Its not just a Haiti thing. Indians, Africans (including Egyptian), even Eastern European be one that time when they come here late.
All and all, the ppl who willingly migrant here generally behave the same type attitude when it comes to America; they already bought into it. The good and the bad.
At least this is my experience. Many of my relatives have sent their careers working with government services agencies. All of them have said the same thing. Off the boat adults are the worst. The exact same way Atlanta or Houston people felt about Louisiana folks after Katrina. At first the rush feels inconvenient, some people felt a way with the usual "why they gotta be here/be like that?" responses...but at the end of it all we know full well who is responsible for Haiti being what it is. We don't take it out on them.
