Seems a freak of nature, tall and long legged, not huge with the other guys now and in the past.

Some of the guys are and were huge, big arms, chest to generate more power.

But Bolt is nothing like that, I mean look at Linford Christie, Maurice Green, Gatlin to name a few very muscular.

Bolt is just natural talent, similar build to Carl Lewis and Mike Johnson.
