im not 100% sure but i'd say he started getting exposure after being seen around w/ rocky, and his tumblr was pretty big for itself, but he didn't really blow up until he signed on as Wiz' personal stylist...

i try not to really pay attention to these type of things but i heard a story he was down at sxsw or some shyt and saw a kid with a rare raf simons shirt in line for a show. he pulled the kid out of line and took him to an atm where he gave the kid a few bills for the shirt off his back and that was that, lol.
