I need to cut back on the spicy food. Have to start eating bland food like cacs :to:

I eat oatmeal every morning + dates to help with the constipation but it ends making me feel bloated for the most part. Out here looking like I'm pregnant :mjcry:


Might even have to quit coffee because it triggers my symptoms.

I'm thinking about restructuring my diet from the bottom. Quit dairy products, bread etc for like two weeks and see how that effects me.

One thing that has helped me a lot with the bloating is probiotics. You guys should try them and see what they do for you. IBS seems to be related to an imbalance in your stomach bacterias.

I get bad cramps sometimes too and have to shyt inmediately.
Oh yea coffee was a big one breh

Had me feeling like somebody had my intestines in a Jiujutsu hold

Those headaches the first couple of days when you cut it off aint no joke

This your stomach man.. the epicenter and foundation of good functional health...

Get up 45 minutes early and take a brisk walk or light jog for 30 minutes... shyt will help your bowels and energy levels/mood... and it’s > cheap coffee

Find some educational or inspirational shyt too listen too while doing it...makes it a lot easier

I tried quitting once and I was agitated and had a headache. I'll go cold turkey.
