Justin Chung was convicted of first-degree murder for the fatal shooting of Eric Huang, a Taiwanese-American high school student, in August 2006. Huang was not a gang member; he was an ordinary student who had recently taken a real estate agent qualification test on the day he was killed. The incident occurred after a confrontation at a party near Los Angeles, where Chung, then a member of the Han Kook Boys gang, opened fire on a car carrying Huang and his friends as they left the party. Chung was sentenced to 82 years to life in prison but served nearly 14 years before being released on parole in 2020, following a commutation of his sentence due to his rehabilitation efforts[1][4][5].

He should continue to be a model minority by closely listening to and following ICE’s directives while being deported…All other Illegal immigrant Asians should do the same.
