My style is hostile
Your style is docile

:banderas:

This song concept is his response to his role in changing Hip-Hop from positive empowerment to negativity instilling gangsta rap themes

His argument works for a song if it’s catchy but it’s not a viable argument on its own

He absolutely played a role in that, even if unwittingly but likely not … the powers that be believe in putting the truth in plain sight in some way remember what group he came from before NWA, CIA

Crime actually began falling after Gangsta Rap blew up.

The 70s and 80s were an especially violent time in America as was the 30s.

What was the common denominator during these times? A tough economy.

What wasn’t a common denominator? The music.

Blah blah blah

Debating that Gangsta rap culture has not had a negative impact on black culture is the most head in the sand argument anyone can make.

I have eyes ears and a working brain.
Random Statistics be damned

I’m talking specifically about crime. Violent crime began rising sharply in the 1960s. It kept rising in the 70s and 80s and peaked in the early 90s.

Then it began a sharp decline up until the pandemic. It rose for a few years after the pandemic but it was still lower than the 80s and 90s. Now it has started to decline.

Just because rappers glorify the criminal lifestyle and give the streets a soundtrack doesn't translate to more crime.

There are socioeconomic forces much more impactful to crime than music. That’s what we should be trying to fix.
