The thing is, populism doesn't happen overnight. Populism is typically a reaction to a system that isn't working. If all these experts, educated people, etc., contribute so much good to society, well a whole lot of us can't tell. And like Michelle Obama said,

Its a bill meant to study and gather data. Why does it need teeth Cube?
1. It should have to go purely to ADOS, the bills language has it going to all blacks.
2. The commissioners would be getting six figure salaries. N'COBRA and NAARC plotting to get bags for being on the commission. Ppl on it should only get money for travel and board.
3. No dollar amount attached, we know reparations starts at least $10T, the bill should have a minimum allocation w/ cash payments.
