The reality is that it's not going to happen unless a streaming service gets to the rights and finance it like how Eddie did with the new Coming 2 America sequel. There's a reason why Coming 2 America was greenlit for streaming rather than for the box office.

Movies like Friday, Players Club, etc sequels or remakes would have a better chance of getting greenlit by a streaming service than the big production companies in today's world.

I'm assuming Warner Bros. doesn't think it'll be profitable at the box office.

I could see one made with a different format with social media influencers like
DC or
Erealist or
B Simone
Kail muscle
NDO Champ
Desi
Candace

It could be a soft reboot

Should have did them instead of all those Are We There Yet movies and tv shows.

It's over... I don't even want another Friday movie. John Witherspoon and Deebo dead now. Chris Tucker will never do another Friday. Honestly, I'm good.

These. :yeshrug:

When the culture needed it, and was clamoring for it, this ngga wanted to keep doing "Are We There Yet?"...:mjpls:

Deebo gone...Pops gone...and Smokey flat-lined it back in 2002...:dead:

fukk it. I'm content w/ BIG 3 now.
