i didn't expect anything like their past stuff, people shouldn't have big expectations like that cause most of the time people will be let down. nothing stays the same, that goes for older artists. look at the song title, that explains what the song is about. they rapping about real situations of what they went thru in the past and are now cool with each other.

Cube almost sounded like his old self! He was bustin pretty hard on that track! He need to stick to up tempo 90 and up tracks cause those slow south beats don't work for him.
Common did good but that's not a surprise to me he haven't tried to switch up his rap style to fit in yet.
That hook sounded waaaay outdated though.
