Ice Cube said "show over" after a bunch of concertgoers started fist-fighting ... right in front of the stage.

Cube was the last act at the Long Beach concert at the Queen Mary. He was 4 or 5 songs in when the fans started fighting. The video shows the immediate aftermath, when security swarmed the crowd and broke it up.

Cube was furious, saying it was "bulls***" and told them he was done and left the stage.

BTW ... before the fight, Cube proudly introduced his sonO'Shea Jackson Jr. and gives a shout-out to "Straight Outta Compton."
