Mel does have a point.

There was period there in the early 90s where Cube was like the best rapper out. Think after his first 2 solo albums and he was hugely popular. How do y'all forget this?

I agree. Cube was the best in the game, bit when he fell off it was a steep fall. Once he started acting, he lost focus on the rap game.

For someone to have let you down means that you once had high expectations of them..To have had high expectations usually means that you are great..Cube and Nas are both great (top 5 all-time)

Cube's fall off has been more drastic than Nas'...I assume that it's because Cube made a choice to stretch himself thin with various other artistic and business ventures and Nas is basically still just a recording artist at his core..

People Born in the 90's have no idea how influential ice cube was. They probably have never even heard a ice cube CD. dont try and argue with them.

How did Ice cube let down tho, He got rich and grew up. Made classic movies. Family Movies. And comes back every now and again with decent verses.
