I'm talking in general. Cats love to cape for corporations these days, not even capitalism, corporations. Corporations are some of the grimiest entities in America and basically got the dealer feeding them winning hands. Maybe it's cause people work for some of these corporations iunno but you can put the pom poms away off the clock.

Cube can try to change strategy, lobby like any other business or expand overseas but going on about weird shyt like gate keepers just makes him look crazy
I ain't caping for shyt. I don't know enough about the situation to cape for Cube, but I damn sure ain't about to cape for the NBA or any other mega corporation without all the facts.

That was tough to watch, Cube looks like he’s really going through it. 
He said a whole lot of nothing, definitely exposed nothing, so the thread title is misleading. But there’s clearly some shyt going on behind the scenes that’s wearing on him. I don’t know why anyone would dismiss it as “just business” when we’re talking about CaCs. They’ve historically shown that they habitually go above and beyond to stamp out Black businesses, especially when it’s run by someone they don’t like. He foolishly stepped in to the political realm, and it looks like he’s facing the backlash from that. The Big 3 just ain’t a good enough idea to survive with powerful folks acting against it.
He was misguided but I don’t want to see him fail just because I disagree with some of his actions.

The reason I watch sports is because I want to watch the peak of humanity (physically) compete against each other.
Now obviously even an old washed up player is better than the average person but they're no longer at the peak otherwise they would still be in the NBA.
This is the reason why I have never had interest in the big 3 and I imagine this is the attitude of most people.
If it was highly profitable or worth doing the NBA would have done it themselves why would they buy the big 3 they are the source of the talent pool.

I just saw it was on CBS yesterday. He probably thought it was gonna be easier to find spots that would air all the games since it's summertime, but CBS is only playing `1, maybe 2 games within the time slot. The rest you gotta stream on the Big 3 site. For a sport that's supposedly dead in the summer, there's a lot of hoops on between this, TBT and Summer League (and the next 2 summers we got FIBA World Cup and the Olympics). The sport itself is saturated
Cube has had business issues with the Big 3 since it started.
NBA players (both current and former) should invest in this black owned league if they’re truly about progress and ownership. We know most of them aren’t, so Cube is fighting an uphill battle.
