Just saying something doesn't make it true. Pac was already labeled a villain for all the shyt that he was caught up in years before hit em up. Pac wasn't even alive that long after the song came out. There was no backlash worth mentioning for that sickle cell line. I damn sure don't remember any rappers comin out saying he went too far. We aren't talking about the media. Give some examples of rappers saying he went too far with that sickle cell shyt. Name names.

Prodigy himself said it. Q-Tip and plenty of New York rappers and personalities were saying Pac went too far. Kinda hard to dig up all the interviews from 20 years ago, especially when most of it was said in print magazines.

Mobb Deep’s Prodigy was taken aback by the diss. “I was, like, ‘Oh shyt. Them nikkas is shyttin’ on me,” he told Vibe. “He’s talking about my health. Yo, he doesn’t even know me, to be talking about shyt like that. I never had any beef with Tupac. I never said his name. So that shyt just hurt. I’m, like, ‘Yeah, all right, whatever. I just gotta handle that shyt.’”

Says the breh that made no Vaseline

Ok Cube
Old nikkas might get mad at me but Pusha diss is more disrespectful and offensive than No Vaseline

He came at Drake racially, talked about his son, called him a dead beat, talked about both his parents and baby mother, claimed his label is raping him, exposed him wearing black face. Push went ham, it’s an All-Timer for sure.

And this why I barely respect the rappers I grew up listening to anymore. Cried the entire last decade about hip hop falling off yet they were the ones out here co-signing it cause they were trying to keep their own careers afloat

Is hit em up more disrespectful than Pusha's story or nah?
