lol
Yes the the CBC refuses the membership of other blacks becaue they don't have loyalty of the DNC they show they are a white supremacist puppet org.
Once again, claiming that being against Republicans therefore makes you a White Supremacist is a fukking crazy take.
You stan a politician who opposed the Civil Rights Act, but being anti-republican is where you draw the line.
Voter ID laws don't target black americans, because we are american citizens with drivers license and paper work. You posted multiple links regarding gerrymandering.
there is no discrimination for state drivers license or even state ID cards for non drivers and we blacks know how to get our government documentation.
Stop lying. I posted mulitiple links about voter ID that pointed out they specifically designed the laws to target Black americans. Over 21 million American adults have no form of government-issued photo ID, pretending every American has it is bullshyt.
Texas's law was specifically targeted against Black voters. They allow a driver's license, a passport, or a fukking handgun license to count as ID (all of which are disproportionately held by white people), but refuse to count state employee ID cards, veterans affairs ID cards, or public assistance ID (all of which are disproportionately held by black people). Over 600,000 Texans didn't have the required ID, and they were disproportionately poor, Black, and Brown. Case studies showed that certain people, through no fault of their own, couldn't get a valid ID even after years of trying due to shyt as simple as their birth certificate not being available, or their name being misspelled in an official record:
Literally no one in power thinks voting without ID is leading to widespread fraud. They've been trying their best to prosecute voter fraud cases for 6 years running and they can't find shyt. They disenfranchise FAR more votes by these laws than were ever getting missed by fraud.
The DNC argument for lax voter id verification is so BS ballots and illegals can vote which arguably neutralizes the importance of the black american vote. Simple as that.
This is race-baiting idiocy. First off, illegal immigrants can get a driver's license, so how would voter ID laws prevent them from voting? Second, why the fukk would any illegal walk up to a fukking voting booth and cast a vote in a race they likely know little to nothing about solely to be ONE vote that won't even change the election? Illegal immigrants know how to keep their heads down, they AVOID putting themselves in unnecessary situations with authorities whenever possible. They ain't walking into voting booths risking felony charges and deportation so they can be one fukking vote.
Gerrymandering isn't disenfranchisment kid. Again I know english isn't your first language. Franchise means the ability to vote, gerrymandering is the act of redrawing or redistributing political districts for political advantage. Gerrymandering doesn't stop anyone from voting, it is seperate from franchisement. Two differnt processes not connected with each other at all.
You're proving you're an idiot again.
Nashville was a heavily Black district that always picked candidates in line with the Black population's vote. They got to pick a US representative every two years who represented their interests. Tennesee split the population of Nashville into three sections and added each one into a different majority rural-white district. Now all three of those districts are represented by right-wing Trump supporters who drown out the Nashville vote.
That's an obvious form of disenfranchisement through gerrymandering. This isn't a controversial take, everyone knows that splittling up a minority group so that they have no chance to pick their representative is a form of disenfranchisement, even if they still get to walk to the booth and cast a meaningless ballot that will never be for the winner.
Gerrymandering isn't illegal kid, supreme court even ruled it cant even be brought up in federal court. Its a states issue, if a state says its okay it is and if it isn't it isn't, but thats in the state realm and they all do it.
Racial gerrymandering is unconstitutional, this was affirmed definitively in Miller v. Johnson. There is an enormous gap between your arrogance on these topics and what you actually know.
You're failing to distinguish between gerrymandering in general, and race-based gerrymandering in particular. You would know this if you read the links, or if you were even slightly educated on the topic.
