I can tell you that Republican policies are one of the biggest barriers to black economic empowerment. Look at the heaviest populated black states. They are run by Republicans and have been so for the past 50 or 60 years. And these places have been out right barriers to black economic freedoms and wealth.
So then how do you bypass the economic collusion that is required to acquire political capital, blame Democrats for giving crumbs as Republicans continue to erect outright barriers like we are seeing in Jackson?
