I think the Jonah Hill thing fukked up his response to the question. I'm not defending Cube here, but he probably isn't expressing his true thoughts here. He sounds more diplomatic (movie to promote) than straight up :cape:like Young Money and Soulja Boy who emphatically stated he wasn't a racist.

The problem is, MTV probably wanted to interview him because of the film he's in but slyly brought up the whole JB thing, I bet it'd be a different story if Cube came outta the blue with his opinion, another reason why I can't stand the media.

just because YOU can defend him doesn't mean the rest of us have to. motherfukkers are charged for murder as adults when they're 15. trayvon martin was gunned down for being black in a white neighborhood at that age. if we are to assume he shouldn't be held accountable for what he said as a 15 year old, then, it stands to reason NO 15 year old should ever be held accountable for their views - no matter how offensive.

Let's not pretend like Pac wouldn't have changed up too. Keep in mind, he started out as a "conscious" rapper then when he saw that his album sales weren't popping, he adopted the whole "Thug Life" persona.

And Ice Cube was WAY more raw back then compared to Pac.
