If I were Joe Biden I'd say "You want reparations?? Give me 500 million to spread around to these congressmen and senators and we'll make it happen" Call our bluff, but don't give a lawyerly bullshyt answer like "We'll study the idea and see what happens" when there's already plans out there and Congressman from Detroit brought it up every year and it died in committee. First of all who's the committtee chairman and why doesn't he bring to the floor for a vote? Charile Rangel used to be the ways and means chairman and he was reponsible for bringing taxes and spending bills to the floor why didn't he do it?

The reason why people like Trump is that he would say something like "give me 500 million" He'd be lying but he tells the truth about transactional politics even when he's lying.
