I think all issues can be held off until we get Trump the fukk up out of here because he represents a clear and present danger, but I can't hate on someone who seems committed to fighting for black people.

he has the best intentions. Either party hasnt shown much in terms of powerful results. the dems somewhat try to push forward programs that help the disenfranchised. Problem is they depend on ancient institutions rooted in racism/classism.
in this age of social media, optics is almost more important than intention. And in the court of public perception, opinion not fact reigns supreme. My point, true, substantial, and culture changing work, happens when you keep it off social media and focus on the goal. you open up to lose on all fronts if you dont.
