Co-sponsoring HR 40 is not the same as what Cube has done. For example, AOC has co-sponsored HR 40, but she reparations for ADOS isn't on her priorities list, her priorities are advocating Bernie policies(M4A, student debt cancellation, etc).

In the last 6 months, Cube has consistently banged the drum for Reparations (reaching out to SJL to get HR 40 marked up, AB 3121). Most of HR 40's cosponsors just signed for the bill and make no mention of it today.
