I think he is technically eligible for daca even if he didn't get PR status. He is the exact type of person that program is for cause he came as a child and had no choice in the matter.


But I'm curious how he got the drug charges and nobody bothered to check his ID. Everybody from the social security department, to state dept, to the IRS, to your local DMV know where you were born. So clearly somebody wasn't doing their job.
