It's just there are alot of super rich people in the bay, which throws the numbers off. The poorest people in the bay pay rent here, that would have them living reaaal nice in alot of other places in the country.

So saying that Los Angeles is the gang capital of the US is only true because of the actual numbers, but on a per capita examination,

per capita doesn't really matter, it's about the overall numbers

but i've noticed that los angeles gang culture has died down a lot. mostly because many of them dudes are dead or in prison now. where as them chicago dudes is still glorifying the culture.
