As people have already said, he can’t go down that route with Kendrick while he has an open defamation case. In fact, any allegations he utters against Kendrick, Lebron or otherwise better be indisputable facts, if he goes down that road.

Don't think a diss record will happen, especially with the lawsuit going. UMG would add that to their defense and say Drake wants to litigate what people say, but then say whatever he wants with no challenge.

His best bet is to just drop a good album and try to get people back on his side.

Exactly what I came to say. They've already pressed his lawyers about going back and forth. Dropping a diss hurts the case and ultimately does nothing because general consensus is he lost.
