Icloud picture library 3.4gb "full"but its empty!

fukking hate how difficult things have become on apple. Then, they tell me to pay 99 cents a month for 50gb but i can't figure out where the hell the 3.4 gb is coming from.....what the fukk? Anyone? Scam by apple to get people to buy the 50 and up package?!?

Yeah i see this now after first talking to apple support on twitter and then am apple icloud rep from india or whatever. Why can't americans have this job again? But i digress...

Basically just have to turn off photos library, and then go to backup and turn it off and then on again. Should take about 10 mins or so but yes, this was very frustrating and still completely dumb! fukk apple
