Stretch marks on her stomach would mean she had a child or gained weight in general. Stretch marks means the skin was stretched to accommodate the growth/fat. That's it. I have a friend who has them on her stomach as well from gaining a lot of weight then losing it and she doesn't have kids. Before you say ignorant urban legend stuff at least make sure reality and biology also factor into it.
