Why do you assume that women do things for attention or sec appeal? Maybe she likes that hairstyle and lipstick. Everything is not for the benefit of someone else. She told herself to go to work like that bc she earned the right to be able to determine how she shows up in the world.

Who decided that a judge has to look a specific way? She is forging her own path. You should be proud that a Sister is pushing aside WHITE society's vision of what a judge should look like.

In regards to your last line, I don’t know who you are referring to. I’m not a broad nor have I called you any names so I know you can’t be talking to me. If you don’t want to feel pride in Black people making moves then do you. I don’t know her exact rulings. I do know what it takes to become a judge and that in and of itself deserves recognition. That being said, we are deviating from my original point so I’ll gracefully bow out.
