Idea for Higher Learning: POHL and VPOHL?

How much support would there be for a mock type of congress on here? What Im talking about is voting and discussing actual pieces of legislation and/or proposing our own pieces of legislation. I think it would be interesting and spark debate..and if we used actual legislation, it could be extremely informative as we keep tabs on what is happening on Capitol Hill.
