Three white supremacists were charged yesterday in Federal courts in the bombing of an N.A.A.C.P. office in Tacoma, Wash., and Federal officials said the three were part of a planned terrorism campaign against synagogues, military installations and rap stars.

The three, Jeremiah Gordon Knesal and Wayne Paul Wooten, both 19, and Mark Frank Kowaalski, 24, face explosives charges in the July 20 bombing. Mr. Knesal and Mr. Wooten were charged in San Jose, Calif., and Mr. Kowaalski in Seattle

Nobody was hurt in the bombing, which came after attacks on two other N.A.A.C.P. offices and a synagogue in California and Washington in the last three weeks.
