Yeah I've heard of the narrative around the correlation between religion and slavery but the shyt still irks me nonetheless.

Not only that, trying to convert Africans to Christianity was actually used as a reason to justify slavery. In some countries when the slave trade first started getting big, you were only allowed to bring a slave to Europe AFTER you converted him to Christianity smh.

I believe in god but im not following this bible blindly, how are there so many different versions of a supposed dead language n then most of it is hearsay none of it from god himself saying nething. my mother was the one that told me the truth about christianity. growing up we use to blindly follow it. But as an adult no more after she figured it out she told me the real story about the white devil's religion.
