What makes the Connecticut story a big one is the fact that it's yet another tragic mass shooting, the randomness of the event, the age of the victims and the number of victims - not the skin color of anyone involved.

Y'all can have all that other talk about how they would portray the shooter, who they would try to blame for it happening, would the coverage be just as big/last as long as with the Connecticut story, etc......just don't act like they'd report the shyt as some one-minute segment among other stories.
