"I'm not saying I'm going to change the world, I'm saying I will spark the brain that will change the world."
The answer is...
A lot of black women still have love for Pac even after his death, a lot of black women love Obama.
Energy is being used wrong tho...
Y'all should be thankful or not that his death ushered in change that lead up to Obama.
Since Pac's death, there hasn't been anyone of his stature that carried the energy of Malcolm, Garvey, King, Harriet and etc all the way up to obama's election. 1996-2008 was a long ass time.
The real question is...does Obama has that stature, that compactly to bestowed with all the energy? Remember he said he's not the black president, he's the president of America. I'll leave this here....
"Even though it seems heaven sent, we ain't ready to have a black president".
That line went over a lot of people heads. NaS used it wrong. As far as black culture, we are in the yes massa and c00nest era ever. We are entering the new Jim Crow era. We still don't own shyt. Here's the thing though...everything always comes back full circle. So in a few years be prepared to really feel the pain.
Pac was going into politics before he died. He cared enough.
Let the man rest.
Read up on slavery,
The black panthers,
The untouchables,
The Thuggies,
And ect...
To get a understanding of who he was and where his energy was at.
That that real deal nikka shyt.
As I stated before on this board.
Pac is loved worldwide. The people have built statues of him worldwide. That's a testament to his power. Every race loves him. It's only a small few blacks that have a disdain for him and try to tarnish another's person identity like elementary student would jone another student because he is jealous or didn't get enough love from his mama.
