Tupac tried to incorporate a organized system for gang members and drug dealers to be functional throughout the communities. Malcolm in his heyday was more or less a speaker of the word of Elijah Muhammad. 2pac was a man that died in his early twenties and had nowhere near the backing that Elijah Muhammad and Marcus Garvey had. And before u judge PAC look up the earlier years of Malcolm, the earlier years of Elijah Muhammad and then look up all the ruthless killings that were connected to the Nation of Islam and then come back and tell me what makes them better as humans than tupac
