I was like ~200 lbs last year and I had a big ass gut, hamhocks instead of biceps and man tiddies from drinking soda constantly. 
Seeing that shyt at the end of last summer made me wanna make that change like Michael Jackson. 
I lost twenty pounds since then just by switching to diet soda. 
Lost the gut and everything. Made no changes to my diet other than that. Most folks don't realize how much of the excess sugar in soda, alcohol etc. makes you fat. 
And I'm 6'1" and a nikka, I couldn't imagine a 5'5" bytch being 200 lbs and being anything close to tasty looking, more like that bytch think everything she see is tasty looking.
