It's really about height and genetics.
I know a sister 5'9" 210 she carries it well. Nothing fat about her. She stay in the gym and is toned. Her whole family tall and got good genes
I also know a Mexican chick 5'1" and I know she's at least 190 because there's a scale in the warehouse that we use to weigh pallets, but everyone walks over it as a shortcut...she gets on the scale, the number shoots past 190 and then she hops off before it stops counting. She's fatter front to back than she is side to side
she looks permanently pregnant
